Fault description:

In the customer raid server, two hard disks are dropped, causing the server to crash and the raid server data cannot be read.

Data recovery process:

After testing by Dash's senior raid data recovery engineer, it was found that both hard drives dropped bad sectors, causing the raid to crash. After that, the bad track hard disk is mirrored, and then analyzed and calculated under the RAID data recovery software independently developed by Dash, and then the raid data is reorganized.
