NLIGHT acquires special fiber optic factory LIEKKI

High-power semiconductor laser manufacturer NLight announced today the completion of the acquisition of Finnish specialty fiber manufacturer LIEKKI. NLight said the acquisition was officially closed on the 9th of this month. They are now working hard to integrate the Liekki team. LIDKKI's DND (Direct Nanoparticle Deposition) technology gives nLight a unique competitive advantage.
NLight is a company founded in 2000 and currently has facilities in Vancouver, Washington, Hillsboro, Oregon, and Shanghai.
